2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.Pricing may vary based on materials, design complexity, and delivery requirements.Any changes to artwork or job specifications after approval may result in additional costs.
3. Orders & Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times vary depending on job size and complexity but typically range from 2–5 business days after artwork approval and payment.Urgent jobs may incur a rush fee.Tang Print is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, courier delays, incorrect client information).
4. Artwork & Approval
Final artwork must be approved in writing (email confirmation accepted) before production begins.Tang Print is not responsible for errors in artwork once approved by the client.Clients are responsible for ensuring correct spelling, images, colours, and content.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing.For approved account holders, payment terms are strictly 30] days from the invoice date.Late payments may incur interest or service fees.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after artwork approval may still incur partial or full charges depending on progress.Custom printed products are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
7. Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery within Perth and surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply unless stated otherwise.Clients may also collect orders directly from our premises during business hours.Risk passes to the client upon delivery or collection.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials provided by Tang Print remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.Client-supplied artwork must not infringe on any third-party rights. Clients are responsible for securing appropriate usage rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tang Print shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, delays, or business interruptions.Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
